TEAM BUILDING
Sailing is an outdoor sport activity, original, fun and with some adrenaline in between, is among those preferred by companies to practice team building.
The Team Building improves the feeling of belonging to a team, which increases the motivation to achieve common goals and therefore has a great impact in business success. It is also a good opportunity to develop new skills and competencies on workers, such as organizational capacity, leadership and communication.

9:00
Welcome, introduction and short snack.
9:15 – 10:00
Description of the boat, basic notions of sailing and first contact with the positions and basic elements of the manoeuvre.
10:00 – 13:00
We go out to sea.
We will practice the manoeuvre: tack, gybe set, steps and weight distribution.
We will make rotations so that we can all practice all existing positions on the ship.
13:00 – 13:30
We drop sails, arriving to the Marina, manoeuvre and tie the boat to the berth.
14:00 – 16:00
Lunch time and feedback.
9:00
Briefing and take positions on board.
9:30 – 14:00
We hoist sails.
We’ll practice the manoeuvres learned on day 1. We’ll also perform a rescue test: «woman/man overboard», with floating buoy.
We’ll drop sails, enter port, dock and order the ship.
14:00 – 16:00
Group meal, activity analysis, feedback of the entire activity and …
